Are You Setting the Bar Too Low?

How is the bar set in your hospital? Are you setting expectations too low where your superstar performers are sliding down to meet the low expectations? Is the level of expectations the same for all team members? Too often leaders start to move the bar of expectations lower to meet the poor performance of those on the team. Turns out, it's a plague in veterinary medicine and it results in people quitting and sometimes quitting the profession. While this podcast doesn't have all the answers, it offers a more in-depth view on why this is so common and steps you can do for yourself if you're in s similar position.
